A 21-year-old athlete met with RTA in March 2022. After his initial treatment and investigation, he was advised below knee amputation. He was brought to our hospital two hours after his accident. With exposed femoral condyle and dislocated knee, he had lost blood during transportation. Once stabilized he underwent debridement followed by external fixation. Three months later he underwent tibia plating and bone grafting. Six months later due to stiffness of knee he had undergone {R} knee diagnostic arthroscopy with arthrolysis. Now patient is satisfied with results and can walk and has full range of motion.
