Dr Sachin Gopalrao Saoji has completed his MBBS & MS orthopaedics from Government medical College, Nagpur. Since then, he has worked at Children's orthopaedic hospital for physically handicapped, Haji Ali; Sancheti hospital, Pune; Nanavati hospital, Mumbai & Kamalnayan Bajaj hospital, Aurangabad. He is in private practice from last 32 years.

He has worked with eminent orthopaedic surgeons like Dr. Brij Bhushan Joshi who is renowned world-famous hand surgeon; Dr. Anant Joshi, a well-known arthroscopic surgeon; Dr. Satish Modi, orthopaedic surgeon at Jaslok hospital & Dr. K.H. Sancheti, founder of Sancheti hospital, Pune who has also received all three Padma awards recognising his work in field of orthopaedics.

Dr. Saoji has done AO basic, AO advanced, AO masters courses conducted by AO which is not-for-profit premier education, innovation, and research organization for the surgical treatment of trauma and musculoskeletal disorders headquartered at Davos, Switzerland. He has also done AO trauma master’s from Davos, Switzerland and Graz, Austria. These unique courses are completed by very few surgeons across the world. He has also done "Specialized cadaveric knee replacement" course from Chulalongkorn memorial hospital, Bangkok. He has participated in "Never stop moving" symposium by DePuy (Johnson& Johnson) in Kuala Lumpur for knee replacement. He has Attended conference conducted by American association of orthopaedic surgeons (AAOS) three times and participated in many Indian and international conferences and seminars.

He was secretary and president of Aurangabad orthopaedic association (AOA) and vice president of Maharashtra orthopaedic association (MOA). He was in-charge of COVID cell of Indian medical association (IMA) and was actively involved in treatment of doctors during COVID period. He was also secretary of MOACON2016, state level Orthopaedic conference and booked maximum profit of more than 40 lacs in history of Marathwada.
